The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

Your order will be shipped within 2 days, unless stated otherwise.

Returns

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@simeli.nl

If the spoke guards or the dress guards unexpectedly do not fit your wheelchair or your bike or they do not meet your expectations, please send the package back to us and we will refund the purchase price.

You can return the purchase according to the terms and conditions set out in the general terms and conditions. You can dissolve the agreement and return the products within a period of 14 days after receipt of the order, without giving any reason. You must then return the purchased products in their original packaging and in unused condition. Simeli will refund the purchase price to your bank account within fourteen days after receipt of the returned products. Costs of return shipments are for your own account.

If something is wrong with the product or the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
