Terms & conditions


As a company based and incorporated in The Netherlands, Simeli operates in accordance with Dutch law and European standards, and its liabilities shall not extend further than laid down in said law and standards.                



These conditions apply to all agreements that you conclude with Simeli. By ordering, you accept the terms and conditions.These conditions are valid for all transactions between you and Simeli. The mere act of ordering implies acceptance of our conditions of sale.



You can order through the order form on the website. Simeli reserves the right, within reason, not to accept an order or to make delivery subject to specific conditions. Acceptance of an order is confirmed by e-mail by Simeli.


Prices, taxes and costs

Simeli's prices are inclusive of 10% sales tax.

The prices are exclusive of shipping and handling.

Delivery costs are as listed, per shipment:

in Holland between € 3,90 en € 10,00

within European Union between € 10,00 en € 20,00

outside Europe between € 12,50 en € 300,00



Simeli takes the greatest care when receiving orders and sending the items ordered.

Orders are generally shipped within a period of 2 to 5 working days following receipt of payment.  Estimated delivery time: depending on where you live.


Right of cancellation

All purchases are subject to a trial period of five days. If within that period you decide that the goods do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them to supplier. Should this be the case, please notify us by email at We will then make a refund of the purchase cost within a period of thirty days. Goods are returned at buyer's cost. If the original item or items is or are returned in order to be replaced by an item in a different pattern or color, shipping cost will be charged for the replacement item. Should you receive an incorrect item, a faulty article or a misdirected shipment, we request that you return such goods unused to Simeli within a period of five days. In such a case, Simeli will pay the cost of shipping.

Complaints and Consumer Protection

If you are not satisfied with Simeli's products, please contact us.



After submitting your order you receive an invoice and a payment request by email. Your order will be despatched after payment has been received.



Simeli cannot be held liable for any loss or damages unless such loss or damages are covered by its insurance policy, and unless its insurer acknowledges such loss or damages. In all other cases liability will be limited to at most the amount of the purchase price of the relevant article or articles. The indemnity payable will never exceed the amount of 2,500 Euro. Simeli will never be liable for any consequential damages.


Force Majeure

In a situation of force majeure, Simeli's obligations will be suspended. If the period of force majeure exceeds a period of two months, both you and Simeli have the right to cancel the sales agreement without any obligation to pay damages. Situations beyond our control may arise due to strikes, sickness among staff, disruptions in transport and import / export bans, irrespective whether at Simeli or at its suppliers.
